1. Placing Your Order

Easy Online Booking:

  • Browse our curated lighting collection at asalacenter.qa
  • Select products, add to cart, and proceed to checkout
  • Double-check your shipping address, contact details, and PIN code before confirming

Order Confirmation:

  • Instant email/SMS with:
  • Order number
  • Item details (including wattage/dimensions if applicable)
  • Payment summary (GST included)
  • Expected delivery date (based on your location)

2. Order Changes & Cancellations

Need to Modify:

  • Changes allowed within 1 hour of order placement
  • Cancellations possible before order processing begins (typically within 3 hours)
  • Note: Custom/bulky lighting items may process faster – contact us immediately if urgent

Post-Dispatch Requests:

  • Once shipped, changes aren’t guaranteed
  • You may refuse delivery or initiate returns as per our Refund Policy

3. Pricing & Payment

Transparent Costs:

  • All prices in INR (inclusive of GST)
  • No hidden charges – shipping is free pan-India

Payment Options:

  • UPI (GPay/PhonePe)

  • COD Available (except for fragile/chandelier items over QAR5,000)

4. Shipping & Tracking

Dispatch Timeline:

  • Processed within 24 working hours (Mon–Sat)
  • Delivery Estimates:
    • Kerala: 2-3 days
    • South India: 3-5 days
    • Rest of India: 5-8 days

    Real-Time Tracking:

  • Track via:
    • Our website: Track Order
    • Courier partner’s portal (link provided in SMS)

5. Issue Resolution

Received Damaged Goods:

  • Do not accept visibly damaged packages
  • Notify us within 24 hours at info@asalacenter.qa with:
    • Photos of damaged item + packaging
    • Order number & delivery slip

Wrong Item Delivered?

  • Contact us immediately – we’ll arrange free reverse pickup for exchanges

Address Errors:

  • Incorrect details may lead to return shipments
  • Re-delivery charges (if any) apply
