At BCOONS VENTURES LLP, we want you to be completely satisfied with your lighting purchase. If you need to request a refund, please review this policy carefully to understand your options and our procedures.

1. When Can You Get a Refund?

Full Refund Available For:

  • Wrong item received (we sent a different product than what you ordered)
  • Damaged or defective items (must report within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video proof)
  • Item not as described (significant differences from our website photos/description)

For these cases, we'll refund 100% of your payment plus return shipping costs.

Partial Refund May Be Available For:

  • Minor cosmetic issues (like small scratches) – we may offer 10–30% refund if you choose to keep the item
  • Missing parts or accessories (we'll refund the value of missing components)

No Refund For:

  • Custom or made-to-order lighting fixtures
  • Clearance or final sale items (marked during checkout)
  • Products damaged after delivery due to improper installation or misuse

2. How to Request Your Refund

Step 1: Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@asalacenter.qa with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos/video showing the issue
  • Whether you want a refund or replacement

Step 2: We'll respond within 24 hours with:

  • Return instructions (if needed)
  • A prepaid return label (for our mistakes)

Step 3: If returning the item:

  • Pack it securely in the original packaging
  • Ship it back within 14 days of approval

3. Refund Processing Details

For cancelled orders (before shipping):

  • Refunds processed within 3-5 business days
  • Money returned to your original payment method

For approved returns:

  • We inspect returns upon arrival (takes 1-2 days)
  • Refunds processed within 5-7 days after approval
  • You'll receive email confirmation when completed

For defective item replacements:

  • We ship your replacement within 5-10 business days
  • Free shipping on all replacement orders

Note: Your bank may take 2–10 additional days to show the refund in your account.

4. Important Notes About Returns

  • Restocking fee: 15% for non-defective returns due to change of mind
  • Return shipping: Customer pays unless the return is our mistake
  • Original packaging: Required to avoid damage fees
  • Refused deliveries: Customer responsible for return shipping costs
